I picked up an Intensity Pro 4K a couple months ago. Tried and failed to get it working on either Arch or Ubuntu (LTS or 21.04). I thought it might have been a hardware issue, so eventually their tech support had me send it to them. About a month later, I heard back from them. They had it working just fine on Windows, but were not able to test on Linux.

Apparently that team has no Linux machines to test with.
