i seen that you were talking about kernel 4.19 and i actually use manjaro arm on my rpi3 regular model not plus and it works alright however it does stutter a lot and octopi is pretty useless as in it does not work at all it still surprises me that manjaro even has a build for this thing though also lakka master race for retro gaming on the rpi you retropie users are madmen i say!
