My fellow linux gamers! I'm in the process of building a new PC with a tight budget. Are there any good websites where I can buy used parts? What do you guys think of eBay, pintrest, and Facebook? Any parts that I should avoid buying used?

I don't want to get scammed. I've heard horror stories about people buying used parts that were broken or fake.
