You can dodge the fireballs you know. Don't go near melee enemies you can't kill with two shots. Keep moving. Aim for the head. The guys with the shields? Shoot the ground besides them with an explosive projectile (or toss a grenade), then you can shoot them in the head.

It's easier with mouse&keyboard.
