even though ARM started as RISC, it really isn't anymore, risc-v reference manual is 12 pages, ARM64 is 1000's of pages
As i have been shouting, x86_64 to RISC-V is the last step, like rossetta, it gives a full pathway now for intel and AMD to go down risc-v route
