A lot of the things you guys mentioned regarding Valve and Steam is exactly why I went from hater to fan over the past year and a half. I hated Steam and Valve for most of my life, mostly pushing for GOG, but Valve has won me over massively thanks to the things you mentioned here, and other things as well. I still love GOG for its DRM-free side but Valve isn't pushing DRM as bad as I thought and the overall experience of using Steam is just so much better than what GOG offers, even with their Galaxy client (which I do like, but it's not on Linux).

I genuinely never thought I'd ever give Valve ANY credit but here I am praising them as one of the closest things we have to a "good guy" in the industry. How things change with perspective.

Also, I have to agree, we need a sequel for the Steam Controller. I never got the chance to get one but I'd gladly buy one if I can. Right now, I'm saving for a Steam Deck though, I need one of those but the cash isn't saving fast enough if you know what I mean haha
