It takes ~ an hour in the oven, but I still prefer the oven to the microwave. I preheat the oven to 425 degrees F, coat the potato in a thin layer of olive oil and some sea salt and wrap them in aluminium foil and put them in the oven for ~60-76 minutes (depending on size of the potatoes). Worth it.
