This is mostly aimed at Venn who seems so infatuated with the XFCE set of applications (granted, I am too!)

If any of you use Thunar as your main file manager, how do you deal with it crashing so often?

Mount a remote file system -> crash. Remove files by the hundreds -> becomes unresponsive (this is probably due to the GVFS backend though).
And some random crashes out of nowhere.

It seems this is a known issue.
I've even started learning C in order to attempt to fix it, but the code base is so complex, it will take me years. Ugh.
