I do think you might had mentioned a very important detail on the Tomb Raider release. That being the problems with using AMD graphics cards, no support except for Mesa open source drivers, no AMD driver is supported except for the mesa open source crap.

It does seem to run on the newer Tonga and up AMD cards even without support. I imagine its because of the high end open GL card support (4.5)on the AMD Catalyst drivers FGLRX. Forget about the AMDGPU-Pro drivers, no joy there!
