Yeah I saw and commented on linus thread mmm for me the switch came full time after about 4 years as a dual booter. Honestly I switched full time for a number of reasons security was one memory effeciency was another but mostly control over my system in a way MS will never offer the end user.

Workflow was never an issue as my work uses google docs/spreadsheets pretty much exclusively for internal and external reports.

Gaming has gotten to the point where it's near native for a large number of games, with easy cheat and other middleware being really the last stumbling block(doesnt really effect the games i like just nice to have best compatibility).
