Sorry to break the hype train a little bit about the 678% performance boost. But do note this increase is in context of earlier version of ntsync. It is not 678% performance boost compared to other sync methods such as eventfs or futex_waitv.

So the news is more in line: ntsync now in par with sync methods we have used for years. That's great, but it's not as amazing it sounds from the numbers alone.

Basically nothing changed whatsoever.
