I have been trying to get the raspberry pi 4 8gb to be a functional retro gaming device on my crt

So far it works

however

I am getting so much screen tearing and on a crt tv my god it looks so bad it hurts my eyes(not even joking)

I have tried alternatives like batocera and recalbox
but they all have the same issues

Any advice on if this can be fixed?
or
Just burn the pi4 with fire
