Did you have to install Ubisoft Connect? I don't get the error you're showing. I get "Ubisoft Connect is not currently installed". I watched other guides on how to install Ubisoft Connect, but still can't launch from Steam. I can launch from Ubisoft Connect, but I get a driver error.
