I happen to search Vector in Discovery and got more than your usual suspects (Inkscape, Karbon, Synfig ) this time I got Gravit Designer.

When you mentioned Akira, who claimed in the kickstarter that it was an interface design tool for Gnome that wasn't a UI kit ( like Glade) it seems this also fits the bill.

I was just looking for a vector tool that wasnt Inkscape. I'll tell you how I is after I've used it for a while.
