Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen is another game that benefits immensely from Proton 4.11-1 and D9VK. It was playable before, but with major framerate drops and minor visual artifacts, though I have to say that the minor visual issues lessened with each major Proton release.

I used to have Gallium Nine installed, and DDDA would crash on startup when attempting to play the game using it. Gallium Nine worked well enough on some other games, like Styx: Master of Shadows, but even Styx runs much better with Proton/D9VK now that it ever did with Gallium Nine.

I'm also using Valve's patched 5.0 kernel for Ubuntu and their Mesa 19.1-ACO drivers, both available via PPA.
