ParticipantAfter so many false starts will Steam bring the masses to Linux? What will it do to Humble Bundles?

KeymasterI think we will see a lot of devels go “oh, sh*t! port, PORT!” in the next few months. If you want something to keep you up at night think about this. What if Steam only works with PulseAudio.

MemberI know alot of us have this problem with Ubuntu being the “Face of Linux” but the big thing is they are marketing well right now it as users we need to let people know, that hey we exsist this is what we have to offer. After while people will see that Linux is a very viable income for the gaming market. To sum up what Venn said this will only be the beginning. I don’t think its the year of Linux gaming but it is a good start.
