…if they don’t release Rise of the Triad on Linux.July 31, 2013 at 9:49 pm #68681z1lt0idMember
Apogee have nothing to do with the remake of Rise of the Triad though. Or are you talking about the original that can be played via dosbox? On a side note 90% of Unreal Engines can be played in Wine pretty easily.July 31, 2013 at 9:57 pm #68682Venn StoneKeymasterJuly 31, 2013 at 10:58 pm #68683PizzaDudeMember
Meh, most people on the forums are complaining about it..July 31, 2013 at 11:19 pm #68688
@zilt nothin? Granted they are working with intercepter… but nothing? yea I meant the new one… I posted about setting up the old one… with a Lin client not even Dosbox.
@Venn I already rattled away in the forum… and a devel game me the the same old honey-tongued bullshit you always hear… ‘if we get enough sales to warrent it…’ the most 180 degree fucking backwards way of looking at it I ever heard. Let’s turn down a brand new niche market and be one of the first bigger named companies (along with Valve of course) to roll a Linux version. No.. AFTER we score enough stinkies… makes less-than-no sense to me.
@Pizza your opinion is so insanely unnecessary on this one. I’m busted on ‘rainbow happy fun indy’ bullshit games. Ah need some new ‘evil shooting at shit till its gibs’ games spead all over may harddrive.July 31, 2013 at 11:19 pm #68689
Damnit.July 31, 2013 at 11:23 pm #68690
UPDATE: I’m quit crying like a spoiled lil’ girl now.
Does suck though… it looks sooo choice. I played the shit outa the original game over modem. Drunk missles were pure, unadulterated evil.
