Ok, first I just got this neat toy because, I really never use the DVD drive anyway:

with that and a 1TB drive, I now have ubuntu and ARCH (with the Ubuntu drive mounted and my Arch .steam and .local/share/Steam dirs sym linked)

I replaced my laptop’s DVD drive with a hard drive caddy the same day it arrived. There just really isn’t a point to optical drives no mo.

My laptop’s been running 2 SSD’s for almost 2 years now.

I think I used its original DVD drive five times, if that!
