Sore_Loser is convincing. I don’t know anything about Black Sabbath, had never heard of Dio, and didn’t know Ozzy was in Black Sabbath. That video “Behind the wall of sleep” that Sore_Loser linked to though is much better than anything I can find on youtube that Dio sang. I even like it better than my favorite vocalist, Danny Elfman, which I linked to above. Elfman is a better singer and composer, but I really like the simple sound of “Behind the wall of sleep”.

DIO! Why would you need any explanation? The guy invented the fucking satan fingers move. (ok, maybe he didnt invent it, but he was the first to use it and become known for it, so he made it popular) Also I just love how messed up lyrics had popped out of his mind.

DIO, because he got The Voice, while Ozzy’s got The Gibberish.

Ozzy I guess. I would pick Dio since he’s actually been a great front-man in more than one band. Outside of Sabbath, Ozzy was just a solo artist with a bunch of different backing musicians and studio artists. I’m partial to bands.
That and Ozzy always sounds whiny to me.

But in the end, I really like the sound of Led Clones and I didn’t have to hear Ozzy for the rest of that album.
So Ozzy.
