Bioshock Infinite is *the* DirectX 11 game I’ve been waiting to get wine support (until the port announcement). I’ve been reading each wine changelog with hope seeing improvements in DX11 and bringing support for this game.
I don’t believe that VP has done in a couple months what Codeweavers hasn’t in years.
My guess is that this port is more closely related to the Mac port than the Windows version, which would also suck since it would be using OpenGL 3.2�The best case scenario would be that this is a native port, using OpenGL 4.4 (with *maybe* a fallback to OpenGL 3.2) and done by Icculus but will we get *that* lucky?

MemberI was stupid enough to actually download it because I hadn’t read this forum post at the time. So now I have 14.3 gigs of bioshock that can’t run wasting space…

MemberI’m afraid that this Icculus project is “giana sisters twisted dreams” since the developers are like “yeah we just received linux version form the people we outsourced it to, so its coming soon”
