FUCK em. They built their name on ‘Multi-platform’ then took the same route as every other shit developer. They can shove their shity little indy games up each others asses.
To be fair most of their games have been pretty much crap or rehashing old releases. But I can’t say I’d boycott them. Deep Silver probably propositioned them with this deal. They also did another Windows bundle recently – THQ I believe.
Yea let’s girlcunt them, that’ll wor… oh, cott. aight. I gues you all can make your own minds up about it.
No more money from me though, they can ride the red rocket for all I care.
I see where you are going with this, Pedro, and if you don’t think its well deserved then by all means, don’t participate. You can keep scrambling around for the luke warm scraps of games they throw at you whenever they happen to get around to it.

I keep a Windows partition because look at realistically there will be some Windows game that you desperately want to play that gets released in the future that won’t run under Wine.

I’ve considering carving a partition out, installing a bunch of games that actually sound GOOD, and then axing then network driver. One of the things that skeeve me out about Windows is the back door/reporting home. It also sucks to cave in to those assjacks.
But for right now, most Linux games are fluffy Indy bullshit trash, and no one wants to admit it.
Na… Can’t do it. My hate for things is my driving force, and I’ll fucking unplug my rig, sit it right in the center of my street, and run the shit over REPEATEDLY before I put M$’s trashware back on it. I’d rather go without I guess.
Fuck this shit, no I won’t boycott the Humble Bundles, they have remained true from the beginning.
Now a quick HB guide for those who just don’t get it.
Humble Bundles are bundles of stuff for which you pay what you want and a part of it goes to charity. (how can someone be a dick about that? I don’t get it…)
Those Humble Bundle come in different forms, here’s an explaination (for those who still don’t get it)Humble *Indie* Bundle: All games on the bundle are DRM free (well maybe there was a couple of Steam-only games, I don’t remember) and are multi-platform (Linux, OSX, Windows)
Humble *Android* Bundle: Same as above but also has Android ports.
Humble *Mobile* Bundle: This time, only the Android port is required, games may or may not have a Linux build.
Humble *ebook* Bundle: Books in electronic format, DRM free. You can read them on Linux but it sucks, read on a tablet.
Humble *Music* Bundle: Music. You should be able to listen to it on Linux.
Humble *Some game publisher* Bundle: A bunch of games from a particular game publisher, may or may not have Linux builds depending on the publisher. Publishers won’t be porting their games on Linux for such a bundle.
Humble *Weekly* Bundle: Same as above, but only lasts a week instead of two.
And that sums it up pretty well. Maybe the day they release an *Indie* bundle containing a bunch of Windows-only games I’ll be a bit pissed, but I doubt this will happen. Until now the Indie bundles have always remained top notch quality, and all I’m disapproving is seeing a bunch of people who can’t make the difference between two different types of bundles whine about a pay-what-you-want for-charity project.
To be fair they re-hash game over and over again for the indie bundles. It gets tiresome and because this I do not donate as much as the urge to donate has gone as I would be purchasing the same games again. (To be fair that I didn’t really enjoy).
Of course they do. You should not assume that everyone has already bought every bundle ever released, those people to have a right to get these games in a Bundle.
And since it’s pay-what-you-want, do whatever feels right for you.
As far as i’m concerned, I give way less when a bunch of game I already own are included (and it almost never happens anyway, the re-hashes are most often part of the bonus games added one week after the release)
