    *131MB update.
    *You need to be in the Steam Beta.
    *Download Vulkan DLC
    *Enable with -vulkan

    No noticeable increase in FPS.
    Getting 116 /w OpenGL 118 /w Vulkan.

    GPU utilization:
    45% OpenGL
    70% Vulkan
