How is it liable? Emulators aren’t illegal unto themselves. This emulator uses its own custom bios and doesn’t come with any roms. Sure, Nintendo could start a hissy fit but the Google play page doesn’t have any Nintendo games in the screenshots.

what’s weird is desmume plays like shit on my 4 core nvidia gtx 660 pc and this tiny android tablet runs ds games much better

I built and installed DeSmumE today and played Pokemon Heart Gold just fine on my calculator.
