This has been tested on Ubuntu and ARCH[/b]

    1. Your Steam client must be running.

    2. Open a terminal and enter the following export “LD_LIBRARY_PATH=~/Steam/ubuntu12_32/” minus the quotes.

    3. Enter the Steam games directory. Usually /Steam/SteamApps/common/GAMENAME/bin.

    Example: For SS3BFE “cd ~/Steam/SteamApps/common/Serious*Sam*3/Bin

    4. Execute “optirun ./game” minus the quotes.

    Example: optirun ./Sam3

This trick also work for recording games with GLC.

Where is the Steam games directory? I can’t find the Steam directory to start with.
