    When I was about 16 I read ‘Mein Kampf”, “Der Fuehrer”, and a book about Rommel that was written in Deutsch. I wanted to learn about learn about these men and why they did what they did. I think Rommel was trying to fix what he had been a part of when he killed himself after they found out he was plotting to take out Hitler.
