With Microsoft closing it’s PC Marketplace (and focusing only on xbox one), they’ve basically said “screw windows as a gaming system; go to our console device” I can’t help (as do others) fell that Steam is honing in on Linux (or rather Ubuntu specifically) as the poster child for PC gaming; sort of picking up the torch. If this is the case; companies will be idiots not to begin focus into porting their code to run on Linux.
