LiveStream.com broadcasting script.

I couldn’t find any scripts for LiveStream.com that actually worked, so I blended the Twitch.tv script with the log output from ScreenStudio and used LiveStream’s rtmp url setup.

This has very little overhead compared to other script setups, and will broadcast properly in fullscreen games. It also has automatic input resolution and cores detection. While it is preffered that you have decent gaming specs, it runs fairly well on my laptop with Intel IvyBridge mobile graphics, dual-core CPU and 4GB RAM.

Please report any and all bugs you may find. Discussion is of course welcome.

P.S. This script is dependant on avconv, and thus requires avtools to be installed.
