    what, you don’t have an auto-version check option yet? Get Lutris on Steam itself so it’ll auto-update.

    You’re right, the client should be updated automatically as we have repositories for all Linux distros.

    Chrome does that fancy smart thing where the dpkg installs the Chrome browser and also installs “/etc/apt/sources.list.d/google-chrome.list” so future updates will automagically come from the repo.

    WHY DOESN’T LUTRIS DO THIS BLACK MAJICKS?!?

    yeah… it’s really neat and I like when Chrome does it but at the same time I’m not sure if this kind of practice has its place in an open source software. I might come up with a script that will detect the running distro and install the correct repos.
