You know that while the chromebook bootloader can be unlocked it still locked by default right. You can’t really expect Microsoft to play that nice.

Interested in seeing M$ pricing system for ‘cloud’ computing. All your data on their servers for a nominal monthly fee. Mere pittance for the value you get. You get the streamlined operating system you’ve come to love from M$, along with Windows well earned reputation for privacy and security in computing. Win/win in my book.

M$ will fall, not by direct competition, or even stupid internal decisions but by just six words: “Don’t you think Windows looks tired?”. (sorry for the Dr Who reference)
In other words, new generations always think what their parent did or used is daggy(uncool), I’d say it will be uncool like Levis and Converse became uncool.( at least until they become “retro” in which case they become cool again!)………sorry for the drunk person’s ramblings.
