    It runs OOTB but textures be missing.

    Release 12.04 (precise) 32-bit
    Kernel Linux 3.5.0-18-generic
    Memory: 8 GB

    The whole missing textures issue is due to their developers not knowing that Linux actually cares about capital letters in file names. Although in actuality, they are saying the software they are using to migrate the source code from windows into Linux were renaming every file into all lowercase.
