I just seen the trailer for the new version of Rise of the Triad on Steam this morning. I’m not seeing too much information about a Linux version, which is disappointing me greatly. It looks FAST & BRUTAL & FUNNY, a remake done right. It needs to come to Linux, I will personally spam Apogee until they do.

http://www.moddb.com/mods/return-of-the-triadPull that dusty shoebox from your teen years out from under your bed… no not that one, the other one… because you will need the old original disk for ‘DARKWAR.RTL, DARKWAR.WAD & REMOTE1.RTS’ files.
On Arch, the folder to drop them is ‘/home/.rott/darkwar’ I assume it’s similar on other distros, but I can’t verify.
