Yep had a bad day, start out like this….. went to buy the wife a new laptop that she wanted, this went well. Leaving there get a txt from my wife that my deceased in-laws house that has been vacant for over 6 months (and no one has messed with it and I have been picking up the mail and feeding the dog) has been broken into. Granted we removed all valuables from the house so it is empty. That is not the bad part, the bad part is the dog. They killed him to break into the house. He was a pit mix and as gentle as they came. He would take commands from a 9 year old that he adored before listening to anyone else. So upon this news I had to make a U turn and go there to find the dog dead and the window broken out. The police got a call from a neighbour that gave them the entire scene of everything happening. They caught him (we have yet to get any other information about this jack ass) and hauled him to the jail. Asked if we wanted to press charges, of course we do!!! So I spent my day taking care of a deceased dog that shouldn’t have been killed and then repairing a window that shouldn’t have been broken. The best thing for him is they caught him, because if it was me, “Dead men tell no tales.” and that is all i got to say. I am more upset about the dog than the actual window. My mother in-law loved that dog. It has been a bad day…..
