Video editing in linux suggestions….

so, I’ve been “coerced” into making maybe a weekly/bi-weekly vlog on youtube and … well, most of the previous video’s I’ve posted were all done with … imovie on my 6 year old macbook pro because … things. anyway, i was hoping someone might direct me / help me out with what programs / etc. that’ll help me not so reliant on fucking macs.
