It looks like this just might work. Grated, Patrick wrote this critter in Java and it's a bit CPU intensive. Seems the max output size will be (for now) 720×480. Even managed to get the virtual cam device working /w/ Google Talk. BTW; we will be using Google Talk for interviews, chat etc.

The “fun” part will be hammering out audio? issues /w/ the new mixer.

Well, the condenser MIC, arm, mixer (and FK load of cables) showed up yesterday. After much screaming and installing a second sound card it's almost ready. The pop filter and spider shock mount are being shipped from MIDDLE EARTH but should arrive Monday.�
