Linux MMORPG Relics of Annorath just announced the release of their fourth alpha. This update includes changes to the portal, launcher, and client. You must have the “libegl1” library installed before you can run the installer/launcher (easy installed for example with apt-get or aptitude etc)
About:
Relics of Annorath is a MMORPG which plays in a medieval/post-modern ambience. It provides a complex economic system, which is also reflected on the profession system of the individual characters.

- New handling how unigine engine is called
- Unigine-Settings handling and validation
- XML-Parser added for setting writing/reading
- Linux: Swichted to old libc and moved to Qt5.1 Alpha (More distributions are supported through that)

It looks good. But if this is a alpha, I wonder what the beta will be like. Shouldn’t software on a “alpha” stage at least have some game content?
