Dota 2 now has a fighting game mode included as part of the recent Crownfall update.
Five characters, dedicated move lists, alternative skins, and frame data.
They have blessed the fighters with 6 to 8 frames of animation.

I was willing to start it but you have to play throughout the story title of Act III.
